It depends on the project type, size and location. The Sindh IEE/EIA regulations list which categories need an IEE and which need a full EIA; projects in or near sensitive areas usually need an EIA. We screen your project for free and confirm the right route before you spend on a study.
Usually, yes. Donor-funded projects must meet both national law and the lender's framework. We prepare one integrated set of instruments — ESIA, ESMP, ESMF, SEP, RAP — that satisfies SEPA and the World Bank ESF or ADB requirements together, avoiding duplicate work.
Yes. We plan and coordinate ambient air, noise, water and wastewater monitoring against SEQS, carry out environmental audits, and prepare the compliance reports regulators and buyers ask for — with corrective action plans where needed.
We start with a quick ESG gap assessment and a GHG inventory (Scope 1 and 2, then Scope 3 where needed) following the GHG Protocol. From there we help you answer buyer questionnaires, set targets and, if useful, publish a GRI-aligned sustainability report.
